Responsibilities
1) Teaching
To personally teach a variety of Culinary Arts (preferably French cuisine)， Baking and Pastry Arts，Western Dinning Culture and related F&B courses to high end Chinese consumers.
2) Catering
Organize and operate small special events, off premise functions and lunch/dinner deliveries
3) Management
Manage a team of Chinese chefs with western culinary knowledge to ensure the smooth running of everyday operation
Ideal candidate should be well presented with good experience in western cuisine or graduated from a prestige culinary school. Good sense of humor, patient, strong communication & entertainment abilities. Ability to work effectively and communicate with diverse colleagues thereby English language ability is a must. Be involved in purchasing (food & equipment), kitchen design, experienced with cost control, course design and menu design. Good sales ability, skillfully demonstrates different utensils, equipments, food, wine available in the shops to promote sales. Moreover due to our strong media background, the chef will be expected to go on TV and appear in different media. Thereby he should not be camera shy.
