Have been involved to establish a new and good communication way within the company hotels in Tunisia, which helped the company to interchange the knowledge and know-how of the Tunisian hotels. Redesigned the structure and accountability of all departments, each one showed increased profit (some for the first time), resulting in a higher G.O.P. (from 29% to 34%). Decreased 'All Inclusive Costs' by 4%.
